10/15/2015 Almost 2 years ago this December the above was for sale. Believe it or not many buyers are still looking as houses went up from $50-$150k in value. Same results in 1979, 1980,etc.. People just wait for the wrong reasons.

October 13, 2016 Update...Rates still under 4%.
I sell all my listing and do not put them on MLS. You need one good experienced Broker/ Agent to sell your home not 26 agents from a franchise.

Home sold in 14 days after two Open Houses and 24 clients. In December when most think the market is slow but it is not. When a home is priced right it does sell. 12/20/2016

Thank you for the reommendation...Everyone is different in life and than God for that. You have people in the Real Estate industry that really do not know what they are doing. Never trained properly, or they are not eager to learn, or just lazy. Think about this for a moment. Brokers in Business for over 20 years in the neighborhood, yet they have signs on properties that are still for sale since 6-8 months ago. WHY?
Incompetence shows you why Brokers are not multi Millionaires. Including sales agents in the business ten or more years.
Getting an exclusive listing just to hang your sign with your name on it does not help you put money in your pocket if the home is overpriced to begin with. It should also show each and every neighbor on the block that the Realtor who has his/her sign out for that long of a period of time, is inept at their jobs or professions.
The Realtors who are guilty of this keep getting calls from clients, but at the same time continue to get bad publicity for not being a good professional Real Estate firm in the Community.
If a Home is priced properly from the beginning, buyers who are educated will snap up or make offers within the first month of listing the home for sale.
This is why Homeowners should really consider strongly the Realtors that they are considering selling their homes with.
